强突出煤层套管钻进传扭装置设计与应用

Design and Application on Torque Device of Strong Outburst Seam Drilling with Casing

摘要: 根据套管钻进对传扭装置的功能要求,介绍了传扭装置的设计要求、结构及工作原理,并对传扭销的直径进行了计算校核,通过对其关键接触部位有限元分析,为传扭装置的结构设计及加工提供依据,最后进行了现场试验,结果表明,传扭装置设计能满足使用要求,性能可靠,操作简便。

Abstract: To hole spraying and gas exceeding the limit in drilling through strata of strong outburst seam,it is better to weaken the strength of hole spraying and improve the length of passing through seam and hole rate of drill hole through strata by using the technology of drilling with casing. The paper introduced design requirements,structure and operation principle of the device according to the functional requirements of torque device,and the diameter of torque peg were calculated check. That the key contact area of the device was analyzed by Finite Element Analysis provided the basis for structural design and processing of the device. Finally, industrial test was carried out. The results showed torque device was designed to meet the requirements, reliable performance and easy operation.
